No, we do not make our jewelry. We only wish we could be that creative! We purchase all of our products from only the best manufacturers. We only work with manufacturers that offer the highest quality items with great prices that we can pass onto you. We do not offer custom orders, but if you have an idea you would like to share we would love to hear about it and see if it could be created.

Unless stated stamped sterling silver our products are made of Non-Tarnish Silver Rhodium. Silver Rhodium will preserve the beauty and shine giving the appearance of Sterling silver. Will virtually last forever. Silver rhodium is hypo-allergenic. Rest assured that we would never carry any products that would cause an allergic reaction.

How do I care for my jewelry pieces?

Tarnish is a product of oxidation, caused by interacting of silver jewelry or objects with certain elements such as oxygen or sulfur as well as with certain acids. Tarnishing on silver jewelry, when worn on a regular basis, usually does not occur. Storage for a prolonged time causes silver jewelry to tarnish. Do not wear your pieces in chorine pools, lakes, rivers or salt-water oceans. As this will take the luster and shine from your jewelry which will be hard if not impossible to ever get back. Never wear jewelry while you are doing any kind of rough work. Even though it can be pretty tough and durable, it can still bend and scratch under certain circumstances.

UNITED STATES AND CANADA:
We offer a low flat rate shipping rate of $3.95 for shipments to the United States and Canada.
We also offer the following expedited shipping services:
USPS Priority Mail $6.50 Flat Rate 1-3 Business days
USPS Express $17.95 Overnight Delivery
USPS Global Priority Mail $9.00 Flat Rate 1-3 Business Days
OTHER COUNTRIES:
We ship worldwide via USPS Global Priority Mail at a flat rate of $9.00 per order. Depending on the size and dollar value of your order, you may be responsible for duties and taxes on your order upon arrival in your country.
PROCESSING TIME:
Orders (Standard and Express) are usually processed within 24hrs of your order being placed and will ship within 2 business days.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unused item for a refund, exchange or store credit subject to the terms Health regulations stipulate that certain items such as earrings that are soiled, worn, or damaged is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please do not remove tags. Items without original tags, or in original packaging will not be accepted.

All exchange/return requests must be received within 7 calendar days from the date your you received your order for your exchange/return to be granted. If you wish to exchange or return an item, please write your request on your original invoice and enclose it with the item(s). Shipping charges and gift wrap charges are non-refundable.
All returns require a Return Authorization Number before any credit will be given. For a Return Authorization number call us at (888) 743 2329, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST or send us an email to info@cherabella.com
Please note the following:
All sales of closeout and sale merchandise are final and no returns will be accepted, so please be sure you choose the correct size and color when purchasing closeout items.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following week.
All returns require a Return Authorization Number before any credit will be given. For a Return Authorization number send us an email or call us at 888-743-2329, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time , within seven (7) days of receiving your product.
All returned items must be unworn and in resalable condition with original tags/packaging.
We will accept returns for credit, exchanges or refunds.
Only the original sale price and sales tax will be refunded. Shipping costs and gift wrap charges are non-refundable.
Restocking fees up to 30% may apply if these return policies are not followed. Packages which are refused by the buyer and returned to us are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
On all exchanges/returns, customer is responsible for costs associated with sending the returned items. We advise you to insure your items or purchase delivery confirmation tracking to ensure the items reach us.
Certain items cannot be returned due to health regulations.
If you request a refund:
We will either issue a credit to your credit card or send you a refund check, depending on how you originally paid for your purchase.
If you paid by credit card, we will issue a credit to your charge card, allow 1-7 business days for it to be posted to your account. Shipping charges and gift wrapping charges are not refundable.
If you paid other than credit card, your refund will be mailed within 30 calendar days from the date we receive your return and we will send you a refund check. Shipping charges and gift wrap charges are non-refundable.
